Admissions Policy

The Weekday School admits children between the ages of 2 and 5 years. The child must turn 2 years old by September 1 of the year admitted.

The Admissions season begins on September 1 for the following school year. 

The steps in the process are:

1. Complete the online application and pay the application fee.
2. Once your online application is complete and the fee is paid, our Admissions Office will contact you to attend a scheduled tour starting in early October.
3. Our Admissions Office will contact you if any further information is needed.
4. Letters of acceptance and contract documents will be sent to you by early March.
5. Signed contract documents are required back as soon as possible.

Late applications are accepted throughout the school year based on available space in the program.

The Weekday School is a member of ISAAGNY (the Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York). The 2020-2021 admissions season begins on September 2, 2019. Complete theAPPLICATION-FOR-ADMISSION-2016-17 and mail along with the $75 application fee to:

Group tours will be scheduled as applications are received in the Admissions Office. Once you have completed your tour, a child visit will be scheduled. Admissions notifications will be mailed out as per the ISAAGNY time frame. The Weekday School admits children between the ages of 2 and 5 years.
